This workshop was first designed to be an all-day face 2 face event, based at the JGO MEDIA production studio & edit facility, at Londoneast-UK, in Barking and Dagenham. 

As well as face-to face delivery, in the wake of the pandemic we can now provide workshops as online only or blended events via MSTEAMS (other online conferencing services are available). Staff delivering the workshops include Jon Hems, Director of JGO MEDIA (introduction and using professional production techniques), Brand Consultant Gemma Maybank (achieving consistent quality through branding and unleashing the potential of your smart phone) and Jan Bros Operations Lead (“Bossing the Basics” and staying safe online). All three are practitioners, not lecturers, using their skills every day in the course of their work.

The workshop is designed to be highly practical. Using smart phones only for pre-production (settings), production (filming) and post-production (edit). We will also introduce free to access (or very cheap) deployment (posting your finished piece onto a social media platform) and analysis tools (to work out your impact against targets). 

We hope that the workshop proves to be useful for you. You do not need to take copious notes, because all slides used, links and products mentioned will be sent to you by email, in the follow-up workshop pack.
